Not sure exactly what it is, but I've heard that it's going to be the next major update to Ubuntu, similar to a "rolling release" but not quite. It's supposed to do away with the need to upgrade to the newest version of Ubuntu to get the newest versions of software packages. And give the ability to install 2 different versions of an application.
Thats only the jist of what I've heard. I don't think it will get me to leave Manjaro, but if Canonical can pull off what even MS failed to do, that would be great for Linux.
