Error Message

Every time I install Catalyst Driver for my MSI R9 280x GPU I get
"Error"
Application Install: Install source package not found?

Then I read the view Log at the end and I get

"AMD Steady Video Plug-in Fail"
"Version of item 2.07.0000"
"Size 1 Mbytes"

I tried uninstalling the program and I get the same error?
