pop up on my pc help removing it

Someone must have been playing online games on my pc because i had a game extension in chrome which was causing ad popus in browser.

i removed it



but now in the bottom right corner of desktop i get a notifcation saying my pc is running slow and it displays a phone number to call for help and says powered by trivia games



i googled it and get nothing.



how can i remove this from my pc?



there is nothing in my uninstall programs and its not a browser extension.
