no decent driver for HD7790?

I own a hd7790, i've tried all the drivers available and none of them are working.

Sometimes the screen freeze when im playing or random browsing and i can only turn off the computer. The driver isnt install anymore when i reboot and windows is unsuable. Unless if i boot in safe mode using driver sweeper cc cleaner and co for reinstalling a new one...

If i use my igc (i5 4460) there is no problem at all and windows is running fine :)

So whats wrong with amd? I got this card for 1 year...

Here is my config:

I5 4460

8giga ram

Radeon HD 7790 1 Go

win 7 64

and i use a vga cable.
