I have been able to reproduce this problem repeatably. I might be one of the few still left, that runs Windows 7 (Sidebar.exe) Gadgets. When AB 4.1 is running, it keeps Windows 7 SP1 x64 from displaying the desktop gadgets. When I terminate AB 4.1, Windows 7 SP1 x64 immediately displays the desktop gadgets again.
