Since OpenIV now allows file editing I will be releasing many mods for the game, I am uploading the WIP versions of two mods now but I will be updating them and adding others regularly.

You Must Use OpenIV and the ASI Loader That It Will Install In Order To Use These

Tropical Storm Mod V0.1 - Just started working on it, adds heavy rain all the time as well as increasing rain drop count, future updates will add swaying trees and grass

Installation Download OpenIV HERE Open up GTA V and navigate to common.rpf
Place Visualsettings.dat in common.rpf/data/
Place the weather.xml file in http://ift.tt/1EnkPqP

Xmas Mod V0.1 - Another beginning of a bigger mod, right now it just cycles through 8 different levels of snowfall, but updates will add snowballs, cars and weapons from the Xmas DLC in SP, car handling will also be changed for this mod
