15.3 - Missing Video options?

after the 15.3 install, my CCC looks like this: Not allowed to post links,

and the Quality options from the Omega driver are missing.



I reinstalled the CCC and verified it being the correct version. Did I set a dumb setting or is there some sorts of Bug?
