For owners of this card i have 2 questions:
1.) in amd overdrive and speedfan even when fan is on 0%, i can see and more importantly hear it spining. Is this some kind of protection ? I would like to be able to bring fans to a complete halt with speedfan, i dont want there to be any lower limit. What can be done ?
2.) did anyone have any problems with gpu fans ? They seem to be loud even when they are barely moving, especialy 1 of them. I opened them both up, cleaned them etc. but it didnt solve the problem. Even at lowest possible setting the sound coming out of them is similar to an older disk writting and reading intensely and it is really annoying. Wondering if i am the only one with this problem, wondering where the sound is coming from though, fan looks totaly ok to me.
