I've completed my modded settings for TOB and made a Steam Guide for it.

Ultra now uses 16K textures fully, and High uses full 8K textures. Other presets use full 4K. Game looks and runs a lot better when everything is loaded at full resolution. Basically eliminates all streaming issues on my end.
I've enabled Texture Compression as having it off produces visual anomalies. I've also disabled anti-aliasing in all presets as it produces grid patterns of character models.
I've also updated my TNO mod as well.
