Just look at it...
May be it would be interesting (or useful) for somebody...
1. Installed latest 13.151-Change_SSID_130819a-164642C-MSI dated 2014-01-03 from MSI GX70 official download page.
Not very successfull - one display adapter wasn`t installed - iGPU - 8650G.
2. Via device manager - update driver - installed for iGPU - 8650G another driver - AMD-Catalyst-Omega-14.12-With-DOTNet45-Win8.1-64bit.
Now both adapters 8650G and 8970M had 14.501.1003.0 driver version dated 20.11.2014.
3. Via device manager - update driver - installed for 8970M another driver Dell-Alienware-Graphics-Amplifier-Software-64Bit-Win8.1-Win7
(also named as AMD Catalyst 15.x (14.502.1002) BETA).
After about 1-2 minutes display flickering all became OK - driver was installed.
Now iGPU and dGPU had different drivers: first had 14.501.1003.0 driver version dated 20.11.2014,
but HD 8970m had 14.502.1002.0 driver dated 23.12.2014.
And CCC had got a new tab - "AMD FirePro™ with 3D app settings, AMD FirePro™ settings, SDI/DirectGMA within it.
Sorry for poor English...
Any thoughts? What is advance of AMD FirePro™ and SDI/DirectGMA? Is it real advance in such config (MSI GX70 AMD A10-5750M with 8650G and HD 8970m)?
