Yesterday while playing BGII (yep) I started getting artifacts all over the screen, then my PC froze and restarted. Now I keep getting artifacts even on mobo welcome screen, loading screen and OS. I also get frequent BSODs just before the OS is loaded. It's hard to read the BSOD message due to artifacts but i saw "in" and "out".
Occasionally my OS will load fine, but after a couple of minutes artifacts will appear and OS will freeze. I also got a message once saying "driver stopped working and has recovered", right before a freeze. Also, after a restart my windows is prompting me to do a system repair.
I took out my GPU and cleaned it. Also tried increasing PCI-E voltage a tiny bit. Neither did help.
Is my GPU finally dying? Or is it a driver issue (but I haven't changed drivers for over a year), PSU maybe?
GPU - Gigabyte GTX460
PSU - Seasonic 620W
