G1 Gigabyte Gtx 970

Hi guys i used the p00 state 1.2 volt minimum tweak but now my voltage in load is 1.275v and the power limit goes to 110% so my core clock throttles down. Any1 know how to get 1.22v load back so my power limit would be around 100% then. What value should i use at p00 state instead of 1.2v?
Any help would be appreciated!!
