I'm kind of "beating around the bush" here a bit, but seeing what's available, and what I've been considering...it seems that this should be something to consider. Here's what I've planned out:

I'm hoping this isn't TOO futureproofed, but considering that it's going to be both a gaming and entertainment PC for the basement rec room, and possibly some 3D work (Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop, etc...), it seems that this might be where I find the "sweet spot" with the configuration. Not to mention the red/black coordination should be rather big with this as well. Any thoughts on this one?
