So I unexpectedly had to reinstall windows today and I've found I can no longer overclock the memory clock on my 970. Before this reinstall it was working just fine. Anyone have a clue what the hell I can do? In MSI Afterburner I increase it but the slider goes back to 0 when I click apply, In evga precision x I can increase it but it doesn't really increase (I verify this via GPU Z)
