Intel Saturation resets when tabbing back in game

I want to set my intel saturation levels to about 35 but when I tab back into my game (counter strike global offensive) they dont save and reset. I think its because I use a 4:3 stretched resolution in game (1024x768 stretched) while my desktop resolution is 16:9. Im on a laptop so no digital vibrance.
