SSD read speeds slow?

So my Mushkin striker came in today and it should be around

Max Sequential Read Up to 565 MBps
Max Sequential Write Up to 550 MBps
4KB Random Read Up to 88,000 IOPS
4KB Random Write Up to 91,000 IOPS

but it sits at

Does anyone know anything I can do to try and fix this? Its connected via sata 3 cable.
