This is the OCZ Vertex 460A Test panel thread. In April 2015 Guru3D.com in collaboration with OCZ started a test panel which you guys can track.
For a duration of two years 10 panel members will report about a OCZ Vertex 460A SSD. During this timeframe you can expect monthly updates on how the test panel is working with the SSD, they will show you SMART info in regards to lifespan, failures etc but also post performance reports.
Two years of solid real world SSD usage from 10 panel members.
For the introduction posts from the panel members they will introduce themselves, explain what kind of workload they have planned for this SSD, explain what kind of PC / Laptop they are using this SSD with. They will share their installation and OS migration experiences, post some benchmarks and preliminary results and then post their monthly updates.

Panel members – please use OCZ SSD Guru application to show SMART / lifetime / usage numbers. This application can read some more register values from the SSD. For benchmarking I would suggest AS SSD or Crystal DiskMark. Both tools give a fast and comprehensive result. Obviously you are free to use other utilities, but the above is recommended.
