Dark Souls I sprint issue

Hi,

I need help please with dark souls I and xbox 360 controller.

I can't sprint...

I press left stick up and B and it just wont run or sometimes it does for a second or two and stops.

Its not related to stamina or something like that.

Maybe stick deadzone?

How can i fix that?
