Acer monitor get a little lag

hello all

i have intel i7 4770k ,amd r9 280x gigabyte, gigabyte z87x-ud5h, 16gb ram

i just got my new monitor Acer V236HLbd its a full hd 1920 * 1080 5ms IPS 60 hz

its have a wonderful color and depth but i notice a little lag when i watch movie

i try it on dark night rises 1080p 11Gb !! using k lite codec , in my previous monitor it was working fine

the monitor connect with DVI-D (single link)

i try overclock my monitor 66 Hz the maximum monitor could have

so this lag from the monitor speed (IPS plate) or i should use dual DVI cable or what
