I have this problem where my computer seems to slow down after a while. Specifically when playing games. I've been playing Dragon Age: Inquistion for the last couple of days and I've been experiencing major FPS drops after playing for a bit. The framerate drops to half of what it usually is. I've tested this by checking the FPS in a spot, saving the game, and then reloading when i notice the frames have dropped.
When this occurs I've also noticed that the temperature on the GPU starts to decline (it goes from 85ish to 75ish). I've been trying to monitor what happens when the slowdown occurs but with no success as it's kinda hard to tell exactly when it occurs. This means that I can't accurately see what happens with my CPU and memory at the time of the slow-down.
If anyone has an idea as to what might be the problem I'd be really grateful. And also if anyone knows a way to monitor CPU and memory usage other than the monitor that comes with windows I'd like to know that too!
