GSYNC 1st Monitor, non GSYNC 2nd monitor... Will it still work??

Getting a new monitor soon.

Jumping on the GSYNC bandwagon.

Going for the Acer 27" 1080p GSYNC 1ms 3D 144Hz gaming monitor.

It's within my price range so please don't recommend other monitors, and I am not interested in above 1080p. I also don't care about TN, IPS, LED, LCD, etc. I simply don't care about that stuff.

My main question is:

I currently have a 22" 1080p LED 60Hz TV/Monitor.

I want carry on using this monitor alongside the Acer monitor in dual screen. So I can multitask while gaming. Watch videos, TV programs, and just increase things I can do and see.

1) Will a 22" and 27" monitor work ok in dual screen, will anything be cut off on the 22" monitor.

2) Will GSYNC still work as intended while using 2 screens, I will only be gaming on the Acer monitor. Does this affect GSYNC from working as it should?

3) When connecting them, Acer uses DisplayPort, and 22" monitor uses HDMI, will this work ok and can I just connect both monitors to my TOP GTX970 or do you connect them seperately to each GPU (I have SLI 970's).

Thanks, I never used more than 1 monitor so this is all new to me.
