Hi, mates, recently updated my 7950 vapor to a MSI gtx 970 g4...nice update so far and tired of the red team haha...the problem is that I have realized that both fans spins for a second in equal intervals of time when in idle (in load they work perfectly):
As you can see it spikes to around 700rpm (I have checked it opening my case and its really happening...how can I solve this?? need a BIOS update??
As the card seems to be an old unit, I would like you to tell me if its a good one by looking at the info I can give you (also dont know why nvidia inspector is telling me it has a "MODIFIED" bios?? previous owner made any modification to the bios or it is normal??
Finally I would like you to tell me what should I do to set the card as good for OC as possible (what bios should I flash), if this unit is in shape and how can I unlock the power limit to something higher than the 10% I can right now as I have seen people with this car going up to 125%...

After a few minutes in Heaven:
Many thanks!!
