Windows 8.1 optimization/tweak guide

I remember seeing a guide of fixes/tweaks/optimizations for 8.1 a couple months ago and I haven't been able to find it since. I just fresh installed and wanted to implement some of what I saw in the guide.



Could someone point me in the right direction to the guide on here? If I'm mistaken and there was never a guide on here, does someone know of another guide?
