I have a pc with 3 displays and while watching a stream on one display with IE opened up and having a game running front and center of me my gpu core clock is only 870mhz (using gpu-z looking under the sensors tab) I can then close IE and with my game still running the GPU core clock will raise to 1020mhz which is the gpu's default frequency.
what's wrong and what's the deal here?
