usb 3.0 seagate hdd not copying to it fast enough

i have a seagate externall hdd 1tb usb 3.0, it's only copying to it at 41 mb/s, i know that usb 3.0 should be 80 to 90 mb/s, i have installed the ASmedia 3.0 driver from the boards dvd, restarted, still copying at 42 mb/s only, any fix?

my internal hdd is 7200 rpm.
