win 8.1 install error ....

Hi

my config

CPU: i7 4790k 4100GHZ-4400GHZ

MB: MAXIMUS VII RANGER

VGA: gtx 970

HDD: adata p610 ssd 256gb + 3TB Toshiba

Ram: (16gb)= 2x4gb 1600mhz corsair + adata 8gb 1600mhz



I want to do clean install on my config with win 8.1 pro 64 bit but i get error 0xc0000005 when the install get ready & copying files from my dvd driver stop at 89% .... may dvd driver + dvd of win 8.1 working on other pc with no problems...

i tried many thing like put bios on default & i did not use usb 3 for other device ...the only way to did clean install is to put my ssd on other pc with sata 3gb and it can install normal with no error and put it back to my config... i tested my ram with windows memory diagnostic & got nothing...

so any solution to this problem..

& asus support say its better to put 1 ram & 1 hdd & try clean install..
