R9 270x Graphics problem

I have latest ATI drivers and also used latest BETA but the problem is still there. So the problem is that in games like AC Unity and Total War Attila i get small squares on my screen of all the rainbow colours and it sometimes even happenes on my desktop. And the second problem is even worse i get HUGE and i mean it, sometimes even fullscreen black or other colour textures which block all the in game view. For example when i look straight ahed ( in game) there's no problem but when i look up for example it goes nuts and the screen is coloured with those black bars. This is specificly ATI problem because i had GTX 560 and it worked fine (lagged but no such bugs)
