I am playing at 1440p. Essentially I want to run games on ultra at a reasonable frame-rate. I'm not a twitch gamer, so I'm not determined to maintain a rock solid 60 fps, but I do like my games to look pretty. Will it be worth my while upgrading my current GTX 780 to a GTX 980? In particular, for Witcher 3? (I realise that it's a bit hard to answer that before the game is released, but I've seen that NVidia are offering the game for free with the card.) The rest of my spec will probably show up on the side, but in case not it's i7-4770K, 16GB RAM, G1 Sniper M5, 650W.
