lately with all drivers i'm having some strange issues some of them are:
-masive undlerclocking my card is stuck at 536mhz gpu clock, need to use kboost in vga precision x to solve this
- Desktop glitches, like icons dissapearing, startbar disappearing and in some cases only the wallpaper is displayed, (the explorer.exe app is not closing, tested using 2 left click on the empty space where the icon is supposed to be), only when existing a full screen app. (i will provide screenshots later if i can)
- This is the weirdest one (not trolling, promise!!), my gpu starts at 100% gpu fan but the temp reader show decreasing temperatures below 0° (this last one is random and only happens when i power on my PC), even i got the achievement "Overclocking at the South Pole" for evga precision x on steam.

Strange behavior with my gpu? gpu broken, driver problem or virus?
