I have a 1TB HDD in my gaming rig that holds a few pictures, video clips and downloads.
The OS, games and essential progs run from a 500gb Samsung SSD.
Im cleaning up the inside of the rig so have removed the optical drive, streamlined the watercooling and am looking at replacing the HDD with a 2.5" drive that I can hide out the way.
Will I notice any realworld (drastic) changes to general performance, remember this HDD does little work apart from hold downloads and a few pieces of media.
Thanks.
*Or replace the 3.5" drive with a 2.5" hybrid drive (£60 for a 1TB drive)
