Really could use some advice on a personal situation!....

This is kinda personal, but I need some outside opinions on this! I will try to make a long story short. There is a girl that I am in love with that happens to live on the other side of the United States. I am in Florida, while she is in Arizona. We've seen each other on and off for the past four years (her flying out to visit often), but have had a hard time putting the pieces together for her to move to Florida. During the four years, we had a bit of a falling out and during that time she "accidentally" got pregnant with this guy she briefly dated. She kept the child and has a beautiful little girl. It turns out she completely hates the guy and has no feelings for him, but she just did not want to get an abortion.

Oh, so where does this leave us. I would still like to be with this girl and I have no doubt she is the one for me, but there is now the situation of this child that is not mine. The only way for her to be in Florida is for us to get a place together, and her to move her whole life here but the caveat is - the child would have to live with us. I have never lived with a kid before! Not to mention, one that is not mine. I mean, if I really love the girl, could this work or am I just out of my mind for considering this?? Has anyone done anything similar? It would be a huge commitment for her to move to FL with her kid and equally as big of one for me to get a new, bigger place with an additional room to house her baby. We've talked about it and shes made it clear she knows it would be a transition for me and that she would try and make it a comfortable for me as possible, but I am wondering if that situation could work.

Any thoughts, suggestions, opinions or anything? I am all about this girl, but things really changed when she had that baby with another guy 2 years ago. At the end of the day, its the same girl I fell in love with, and should a baby change that? idk... decisions decisions!
