NAS HDD for running Plex media server?

I have been sorting my film library to use with Plex which I think is great but it means having my gaming PC running all the time. I have been looking at NAS drives but I am not sure what will work and the Google doc compatibility list inst working.

Anyone able to suggestion something that I could use that will play my HD films?
