Rhapsody, the music streaming service, is the subject of a class-action suit concerning customer billing.

I just received a notice of this in the mail a few minutes prior to posting this. As a Rhapsody subscriber, I'm a bit concerned by this. Fortunately, I'm unaffected by it. For those that might have signed up for the service during the stated period, you might want to have a look at the filing.
