One of my students nearly got killed last Sunday when her head got stuck between a moving escalator handrail and the ceiling. Luckily someone managed to turn off the escalator and she was rescued. Very similar to this:
This happened because the mall didn't put the 'Mind Your Head' sign. At that time something on the lower floor caught my student's attention and she put her head above the handrail to get a better view. If there were this 'Mind Your Head' sign then her head would bump this sign first and she would pull her head back.
Should somebody needs to die first before they put that sign, like in this news article?
