Opportunity to grab EVGA GeForce GTX 970 superclocked for 200 euros

Basically I have an opportunity to grab a new EVGA 970 superclocked for around 200 euros...but it's the blower cooler version.I have done some investigating and found that this version makes a lot of noise and that it has a lower performance that the ACX 2.0 one.

Can anyone that actually has this card shed some light on this?
